FORMAL APPROVALS - TOWN PLANNING & BULK SERVICES

Detailed and successful negotiations from 2008 led to formal Town Planning and Proclamation approvals, and, approval & agreements required for bulk service provision, these being:

• Developmental rights from the Khomas Regional Council and The Ministry of Regional and Local Government, Housing and Rural Development (MRLGHRD)

• Road and access approvals from the Namibian Roads Authority

• Electricity and power needs from NamPower (The National Power Utility of Namibia)

• General water supply from NamWater (The Namibia Water Corporation Ltd)

• Township Board approval of the Township of Sungate
